Welcome to Dressit ("we," "our," or "us").
The following terms and conditions, together with any document they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the "Terms"), govern your access to and use of our website — https://dressit.ai — and our mobile application, including beta versions (collectively, the "Services").

For clarity, the Services may include certain machine learning, deep learning, and other artificial intelligence technologies (the "GenAI Services"), such as statistical learning algorithms, models (including large language models), neural networks, and related tools or methodologies.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization (the "Customer"):

You acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that Customer.
You accept these Terms of Use and agree to be legally bound by them.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations — including various limitations and exclusions.
These Terms apply whether you use the Services as a guest or a registered user.

The Services are offered to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories.
By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

These Terms take effect when you access or use the Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Use of Services

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services and any material we provide, in our sole discretion and without notice.
We will not be liable if any part of the Services is unavailable at any time.

You are responsible for:

Making all arrangements necessary to access the Services.
Ensuring all persons accessing the Services through your internet connection comply with these Terms.

User Accounts

Trademarks

The Dressit name, logos, product names, and related designs and slogans are trademarks of Dressit or its affiliates.
You may not use them without prior written permission.
All other names or logos on the Services belong to their respective owners.

User Content

The Services may allow you to submit or upload content ("User Contributions").

By submitting User Contributions, you grant Dressit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, and distribute your content in any media for any purpose — including improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights to your User Contributions.
Your submissions comply with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your User Contributions and their legality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
Dressit is not responsible for content provided by users.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services:

In violation of any law or regulation.
To harm or exploit minors.
To harass, threaten, embarrass, or harm others.
To transmit advertising, spam, or chain letters.
To impersonate any person or entity.
To engage in behavior that harms Dressit or its users.
To resell, lease, or redistribute access to the Services.

You also agree not to:

Interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
Use robots, spiders, or other automated tools to copy content.
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorized access or denial-of-service attacks.

GenAI Services and Generated Reports

As part of the Services, Dressit may provide content or insights generated by AI (the GenAI Services).

You acknowledge that:

The GenAI Services may not be accurate, reliable, or safe.
Outputs may include errors or biases.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any outputs or conclusions.

Dressit makes no warranties regarding the ethics, accuracy, or reliability of the GenAI Services or their compliance with laws, standards, or regulations.

Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned by Dressit.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices and disclaim liability for any damages from their use.

Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination

We reserve the right to:

Remove or refuse User Contributions.
Disclose user information if necessary to enforce these Terms or comply with law.
Suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time.
Cooperate with law enforcement when required.

You waive and hold harmless Dressit and its affiliates from claims arising from enforcement actions taken under this section.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Dressit cannot guarantee that the Services or files available from them are free of viruses or harmful code.
You are responsible for implementing your own protective measures.

The Services and GenAI Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Dressit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
In no event will Dressit’s total liability exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid (if any) in the past six months for the Services.

These limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if remedies fail of their essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dressit and its personnel, affiliates, and licensors from any claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your:

Violation of these Terms, or
Use of the Services, GenAI Services, or User Contributions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dressit is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.

Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that right.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Dressit regarding your use of the Services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all future use of the Services.
Your continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
